What can you expect from us?
We will do our utmost to ensure that you have an unforgettable weekend, and at a very reasonable price. Please follow these simple steps to help us help you:
1. Check the fixtures and our ticket availability and select the game you wish to attend. If we are not offering a particular game that you wish to attend please contact us to discuss as we can often provide tickets for other games not featured on this web site.
2. Contact us to confirm availability for your chosen match. If available we will hold the tickets for you for 72 hours.
3. Book your air tickets (you will need to fly to Newcastle or Leeds-Bradford)
4. Contact us to confirm your flight details and arrival time. We will then allocate your match tickets and book your B&B.
You can contact us by phone or by email, but we prefer a phone call so that availability can be confirmed immediately.
Once the arrangements have been confirmed by us you will be met on arrival at the airport and taken to your accomodation. The evening can be spent enjoying the wonderful night life in Yarm.
You will be collected from your B&B on the morning of the game and taken to the match, returning afterwards.
We will collect you from your B&B and take you back to the airport for your flight home.
You do not need to pay any deposit, but we would appreciate your full payment when we meet you.
Your base for the weekend will be the vibrant country town of Yarm on Tees.
Yarm became a thriving town during the Georgian period; historic and beautiful, Yarm-on-Tees nestles in a loop of the River Tees.
Tradition is still at the heart of the town and the impressive 43 arch viaduct, which shadows one of the widest cobbled high streets in England, is now protected by conservation status.
Wynds and quaint passageways run off the High Street down to the river, where one can stroll the lovely riverbanks.
Yarm provides a varied choice of chic shops, exclusive restaurants, a wide range of public houses with beer gardens. Superb bistro's, café's and tearooms, vibrant nightlife, so one cannot fail to be impressed.

The Old Mill was originally converted to a house in 1968, retaining many of its original features. A subsequent re-vamp was completed in September 2004, complementing the original architecture.
